- Digital container leasing platform
- Access to container inventory
- Leasing contract management
2.3 User Responsibilities
Users are required to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use containers for lawful purposes
- Maintain containers in good condition
2.4 Leasing Agreement
Each lease is governed by a separate Container Leasing Agreement, which covers lease duration, rental fees, maintenance obligations, and liability terms.
2.5 Payment Terms
- Upfront or agreed-upon payment arrangements
- Late payment penalties may apply
- Account suspension or termination possible for non-payment
2.6 Limitation of Liability
Cargozaa is not responsible for delays arising from third-party logistics or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, port congestion).
2.7 Termination
Cargozaa may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of terms or fraudulent activity.
