Owner Terms & Conditions
By registering as a container owner on Cargozaa, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the registered business entity and that all information submitted — including SSM registration details and identity documents — is accurate and current.
You agree to comply with all KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, including providing valid identification and business registration documents. Failure to pass KYC verification may result in your account not being approved.
You are responsible for ensuring that all containers you list are accurately described, legally available for leasing, and comply with applicable safety and regulatory standards.
Cargozaa reserves the right to remove listings, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity.
Payments to owners are processed subject to the completion of the rental period and Cargozaa's payment terms. Cargozaa is entitled to deduct its service fees as disclosed on the platform.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not submit this registration.

Document storage: Uploaded identity and business documents are stored securely and accessed only for verification purposes or where required by law.
